Describing London

LONDON

This photo was taken in London, the capital of the Great Britain, at night, because of the darkness and the artificial illumination/ lightning.

Despite Although the monuments and the buildings of the city stand out because of the lights, the main point of attention is the Thames River River Thames

In On the left side of the river and in the foreground of the picture we can see the Westminster Palace. Next to it, it is the Big Bang Ben, the most famous clock in the world.

In On/to the right side of the river we can observe/ watch/see the London Eye, and near it, a skyscraper, which is the Shell Centre.

Connecting both sides of the Thames we have three famous bridges. In the foreground, it is the Westminster Bridge; in the centre, it is the Golden Jubilee Bridge; and in the background, it is the Waterloo Bridge.

Summarizing, in this photo we can see a big, beautiful (and) illuminated/ lit city crossed by an important river.
